The ATSAM4LS4CA-AU is a SAM4L series 32-bit Flash Microcontroller based on the ARM Cortex M4 processor. The ATSAM4LS4C delivers the lowest power in active mode (90µA/MHz) as well as sleep mode (1.5µA) and the shortest wake-up time (down to 1.5µs) in a Cortex-M4 device. Along with 256kB of embedded flash, the device features an USB device, peripheral event system and SleepWalking™ intelligent peripherals. Integrated Atmel QTouch® technology makes it easy to bring capacitive touch functionality to your hardware. It offers a wide range of peripherals such as segment LCD controller, embedded hardware capacitive touch (QTouch), USB device and embedded host, 128-bit AES and audio interfaces in addition to high speed serial peripherals such as USART, SPI and I2C. Additionally the peripheral event system and sleepwalking allows the peripherals to communicate directly with each other and make intelligent decisions.
