GALVA COLOUR BLUE RAL 5012, 500ML

Galva Colour is a 2-IN-1 primer and paint, zinc-phosphate enhanced paint that primes and covers in one easy application. The addition of zinc phosphate allows the paint to adhere to ‘difficult’ surfaces which may not be completely free of corrosion or residual old paint. The top-coat paint colour is RAL referenced for accurate colour matching and seamless touch-up and assists with correct colour selection. Ideal for identification of service pipes and for external aesthetic surface repairs. Suitable applications are repair of painted surfaces, long term corrosion protection, touch up of ‘difficult’ substrates and conduit/pipeline identification.

• 30μm film thickness per spray pass
• 20min dry to touch (at room temperature, 30μm)
• 30min dry to touch (at room temperature, 50 - 80μm)
• 6h fully cured at room temperature, 50 - 80μm)
• 10°C (substrate temp) minimum application temperature
• GT = 0/1 adhesion
• Maximum operational temperature is 80°C
• Salt spray tested against ISO 12944-2 category C3: moderate <gt/> 220hours
• Satin gloss (60% at 60° gardner)

Opmerkingen

Stored at normal ambient temperatures and has a shelf life of not less than 6 years with correct storage. Aerosols should always be stored below 50°C, away from direct heat and flame.
