ADCMP393 is a quad rail-to-rail input, low power comparator with known power-up state ideal for use in general-purpose applications. This comparator operates from a single supply voltage of 2.3V to 5.5V and draw a minimal amount of current. This consumes only 26.8µA of supply current. The low voltage and low current operation of this device makes it ideal for battery-powered systems. The comparator features a common-mode input voltage range of 200mV beyond rails, an offset voltage of 1mV typical across the full common-mode range, and a UVLO monitor. In addition, the design of the comparators allows a defined output state upon power-up, a logic low output while the supply voltage is less than the UVLO threshold. Typical applications are battery management/monitoring, power supply detection, window comparators, threshold detectors/discriminators, microprocessor systems.

- Input offset current is 10nA (VCMR=−50mV to VCC + 50mV, VCC=2.3 V to 5.5 V, TA=−40°C to +125°C)
- Input bias current is ±30nA (INx+=INx−=1V, VCC=2.3V to 5.5V, TA=−40°C to +125°C)
- Output low voltage is 0.3V (VCC=2.3V, ISINK=2.5mA, VCC=2.3V to 5.5V, TA=−40°C to +125°C)
- Power supply rejection ratio is 80dB typ (VCC=2.3V to 5.5V, TA=−40°C to +125°C)
- Input bias current is ±30nA (INx+=INx−=1V, VCC=2.3 V to 5.5 V, TA=−40°C to +125°C)
- 14-lead thin shrink small outline package
