ADG811 is a low-voltage complementary metal-oxide semiconductor (CMOS) device containing four independently selectable switches. This differs only in that the digital control logic is inverted. The ADG811 switch is turned on with a logic low on the appropriate control input, while a logic high is required to turn on the switches of the ADG812. Each switch conducts equally well in both directions when on and has an input signal range that extends to the supplies. Application includes cellular phones, MP3 players, power routing, battery-powered systems, PCMCIA cards, modems, audio and video signal routing, communications systems.

- 0.04ohm typical on-resistance match between channels (VDD = 2.7V, VS = 0.5V, IS = 10mA, +25°C)
- Typical source off leakage is ±0.2nA (VS = 0.6V/3.3V, VD = 3.3V/0.6V, +25°C)

- 2V minimum input high voltage (-40°C to +125°C, VDD = 2.7V to 3.6V, GND = 0V)
- 30pC typical charge injection (VS = 1.5V, RS = 0 ohm, CL = 1nF, +25°C)
- Typical off isolation is -67dB (RL = 50 ohm, CL = 5pF, f = 100KHz)
- Typical channel-to-channel crosstalk is -90dB (RL = 50 ohm, CL = 5pF, f = 100KHz)
- Typical -3dB bandwidth is 90MHz (RL = 50 ohm, CL = 5pF)
- 16 lead LFCSP package, operating temperature range from -40°C to +125°C
