ADP5134 is a two high performance buck regulator and two low dropout (LDO) regulator. The high switching frequency of the buck regulators enables tiny multilayer external components and minimizes the board space. When the MODE pin is set to high, the buck regulators operate in forced pulse-width modulation (PWM) mode. When the MODE pin is set to low, the buck regulators operate in PWM mode when the load is above a predefined threshold. When the load current falls below a predefined threshold, the regulator operates in power save mode (PSM), improving the light load efficiency. It is used in applications such as power for processors, application specific integrated circuits (ASICs), field programmable gate arrays (FPGAs), and radio frequency (RF) chipsets, portable instrumentation and medical devices, space constrained devices etc.
- Main input voltage range from 2.5V to 5.5V, output voltage is adjustable
- Two 1200mA buck regulators and two 300mA LDO regulators, low UVLO
- Output voltage accuracy is 1.8% max at (PWM mode, ILOAD1 = ILOAD2 = 0mA)
- Factory programmable or external adjustable VOUTx, LDO1/LDO2: high PSRR and low output noise
- Precision enable pins for easier power sequencing, factory selectable power-good pin
- Oscillator frequency is 3MHz typ at (VAVIN = VVIN1 = VVIN2 = 2.5V to 5.5V)
- BUCK1/BUCK2: output voltage range from 0.8V to 3.8V, active pulldown enables on all channels
- LDO1/LDO2: output voltage range from 0.8V to 5.2V, power good BICK1
- LDO1/LDO2: input voltage range from 1.7V to 5.5V
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to +125°C, package style is 24-lead LFCSP
