HMC752LC4

HMC752LC4 is a GaAs MMIC low noise wideband amplifier. The P1dB output power of up to +13 dBm enables the LNA to function as a LO driver for balanced, I/Q or image reject mixers. This also features I/Os that are DC blocked and internally matched to 50 Ohms, making it ideal for high capacity microwave radios or VSAT applications. Typical application includes point-to-point radios, point-to-multi-point radios, military & space, test instrumentation.

• Gain is 25dB (typ, TA = +25°C, 24 to 28GHz)
• Gain variation over temperature is 0.02dB/ °C (typ, TA = +25°C, 24 to 28GHz)
• Input return loss is 14dB (typ, TA = +25°C, 24 to 28GHz)
• Output return loss is 14dB (typ, TA = +25°C, 24 to 28GHz)
• Output power for 1dB compression is 13dBm (typ, TA = +25°C, 24 to 28GHz)
• Saturated output power is 16dBm (typ, TA = +25°C, 24 to 28GHz)
• Output third order intercept is 26dBm (typ, TA = +25°C, 24 to 28GHz)
• Supply current (Vdd=3V, Vgg=Vgg1=Vgg2=Vgg3= -0.3V typ) is 70mA (typ, TA = +25°C, 24 to 28GHz)
• 24 lead LCC package, operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
