LTM4614 is a complete 4A dual output switching mode step-down µModule® regulator. Included in the package are the switching controllers, power FETs, inductors and all support components. This dual 4A DC/DC converter operate over an input voltage range of 2.375V to 5.5V. It supports output voltages ranging from 0.8V to 5V. This regulator output voltages are set by a single resistor for each output. Only bulk input and output capacitors are needed to complete the design. Additional features include overvoltage protection, foldback overcurrent protection, thermal shutdown and programmable soft-start. It is widely used in application such as telecom and networking equipment, FPGA power, SERDES and other low noise applications etc.

 - Undervoltage lockout threshold is 2V typ at (IOUT = 0A, TA = 25°C, VIN = 5V)
 - Operating temperature is -40°C to 125°C
 - Package style is 144-lead LGA
