The RT1-1000 SAB is a Resistance Decade equipped with 28 joined 1Ω resistances which may be activated singularly by means of sliding switches. It can also act as a voltage divider. A switchable tap allows the division of a total resistance of 156kΩ into 156/0, 100/56, 150/6 and 156/0kΩ. There are 6 switching positions in total for a real resistance division.
