AP1509-50SG-13

The AP1509-50SG-13 is a fixed output PWM buck DC to DC converter in 8 pin SOP package. The external shutdown function can be controlled by logic level and then enters standby mode. The internal compensation makes feedback control having good line and load regulation without external design. Thermal shutdown prevents overtemperature operating from damage and current limit is against overcurrent operating of output switch. The AP1509-50SG-13 operates at switching frequency of 150KHz thus allow smaller sized filter components than what would be needed with lower frequency switching regulators. It provides guaranteed 4% tolerance on output voltage under specified input voltage/output load conditions and +15% on oscillator frequency.
