This MOSFET utilizes a unique structure that combines the benefits of low on-resistance with a fast switching speed, making it ideal for high-efficiency power-management applications. Typical applications include DC-DC converters, power-management functions, relay and solenoid driving, motor controls.
- Low on-resistance, fast switching speed
- Low gate charge, low threshold
- Drain-source voltage is 60V at TA=+25°C
- Gate-source voltage is ±20V
