TLE49411CBAMA1 is a smart hall effect IC for active wheel speed sensing. It detects the motion of ferromagnetic and permanent magnet structures by measuring the differential flux density of the magnetic field. To detect the motion of ferromagnetic objects the magnetic field must be provided by a back-biasing permanent magnet. Magnetic and device offset is cancelled by a self-calibration algorithm within a few transitions. The ON and OFF states of the IC are indicated by high and low current consumption. Application includes modern ABS systems and transmission speed sensing.

- Dynamic self-calibration principle, excellent sensitivity (min ΔB <lt/> 1.5mT)
- South and north pole pre-induction possible
- 1.8nF overmoulded capacitor for enhanced EMC

- Operating voltage range from 4.5 to 20V
