The DSEI2X161-12P is a 128A Fast Recovery Epitaxial Diode with soft recovery behaviour. It is used as an anti-parallel diode for high frequency switching devices, as an anti-saturation diode, as a Snubber diode, freewheeling diode in converters and motor control circuits, rectifiers in switch mode power supplies (SMPS), inductive heating and melting, uninterruptible power supplies (UPS), ultrasonic cleaners and welders.
