The DSEI2X61-04C is a fast-recovery Epitaxial Diode features high reliability circuit operation and low voltage peaks for reduced protection circuits. It functions as antiparallel diode for high-frequency switching devices. It can be suitable for free-wheeling diode, inductive heating and melting, ultrasonic cleaners and welders, anti-saturation diode and snubber diode applications.
