MATE-12B-15-20 is a MATE-12B series, reed switch. It is a sub-miniature, normally open switch with a diameter of (0.500" x 0.071") glass envelope, capable of switching 200Vdc at 10W. It has high insulation resistance of 10¹² ohms minimum and low contact resistance of less than 100 milli-Ohms. It saves PCB space and reduce overall weight for compact size and light weight end products. It is used in applications such as reed relay particularly for ATE application that requires long life, limit switching, appliance applications that require long life and high reliability switch.

- Miniature normally open switch, cULus recognition, release time is 0.2ms maximum
- Extending end product operating life and reliability, ideal for automatic test equipment (ATE)
- Suitable for various operating environment/application, environment friendly
- A (SPST-NO) contact form, (body: glass, leads: tin-plated nickel iron) material
- Ampere-turns range from 15 to 20AT, operate time is 0.6ms maximum
- Contact rating is 10VA/Watt maximum at (normally open)
- Resonant frequency is 6250Hz typical
- Switching voltage is 200Vdc maximum, switching current is 0.5Adc maximum
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to +125°C
