Productoverzicht
LOCTITE® EA 9461 is a 2-part, grey, structural bonding epoxy that cures at room temperature to provide a toughened bond. It is therefore ideal for joining dissimilar substrate materials including metals, engineering thermoplastics and thermoset laminates such as SMC. Its thixotropic properties make it good for gap filling and it provides both high peel and shear strength. The product has a medium working life with a quick heat cure response if required.

- Fixture time of 240min, fixture time temperature of 22°C
- Mix ratio is 1:1 (by volume), mix ratio is 100 : 100 (by weight) resin : hardener
- Peel strength on steel is 10N/mm, work life time is 40min
- Viscosity (#7sp/20/rpm) is 72mPa.s (cP) brookfield
- Epoxy technology, epoxy chemical type (resin), amine chemical type (hardener)
- Two part - resin and hardener
- Impact and fatigue resistant, non-sag slump resistance, easy to mix and dispense
