The MAX11605EEE+ is a low power, 8bit, 12-channel analogue to digital converter (ADC) in 16 pin QSOP package. This device has internal track/hold (T/H), voltage reference, clock and an I2C compatible 2-wire serial interface. It operates from a single supply and requires only 350μA supply current at maximum sampling rate of 188Ksps. AutoShutdown feature power down the device between conversions by reducing supply current to less than 1μA at low throughput rate. The analogue inputs are software configurable for unipolar or bipolar and single ended or pseudo differential operation. The full scale analogue input range is determined by internal reference or by an externally applied reference voltage ranging from 1V to VDD. The MAX11605 is used in battery powered test equipment, solar powered remote systems, received signal strength indicators and system supervision.

- Full power bandwidth of 2MHz (-3dB point) and full linear bandwidth of 200KHz (SINAD <gt/> 49dB)
