EXTreme Guardian HD power connectors offer configurable hybrid power/signal solutions and provide high current density in a low profile package for design flexibility. It provides the design flexibility engineers need for more power in small spaces. Redundant contact design that handles up to 125V. Supports AC or DC high-voltage applications with the lowest feasible voltage drop and irreversible dissipative power losses. Gold contact plating provides low interface resistance. Typical applications include telecommunication/networking, data/computing and industrial.
- EXTreme Guardian right angle receptacle assembly with guide receivers
- 8 power circuits, 30 signal circuits
- PCB pegs enable accurate through-hole positioning and secure retention
- Current density up to 80A per blade provides one of the greatest current density solutions
- Small centreline spacing of 5.15mm reduces PCB footprint compared to legacy power products
- 125°C high temperature power contact rating provides greater margin for customer temperature designs
- UL (E29179) and CSA certification has accredited safety agency approval and meets safety requirement
- Durability (min) of 200 cycles
- LCP housing, copper alloy contact, gold contact area, tin solder tail area, nickel underplating
- Operating temperature (power ckts) range from -40 to +125°C
