The PBSS4140DPN is a NPN-PNP low VCEsat Bipolar Transistor Array in a plastic package replaces two SOT23 packaged low VCEsat transistors on same PCB area. It is suitable for use in general purpose switching and muting, LCD backlighting, supply line switching circuits, battery driven equipment in mobile phones, video cameras and hand-held devices.
