PESD24VS1UB,115 is an unidirectional ElectroStatic Discharge (ESD) protection diode in a SOD523 plastic package designed to protect one transmission or data line from the damage caused by ESD and other transients. Typical applications include computers and peripherals, communication systems, audio and video equipment, data lines, and CAN bus protection.
- Unidirectional ESD protection of one line
- ESD protection > 23kV
- Rated peak pulse power is 160W max at tp=8/20µs
- Rated peak pulse current is 3A max at tp=8/20µs
- Reverse standoff voltage is 24V max at Tamb=25°C
- Breakdown voltage is 27V typ at IR=5mA; Tamb=25°C
- Differential resistance is 300 ohm maximum at IR=0.5mA; Tamb=25°C
