The BD4275FP2-CE2 is a 5V fixed output low-dropout (LDO) Linear Regulator with 1-channel reset and offers the output current of 500mA while limiting the low quiescent current. This device is ideal for applications requiring a direct connection to the battery and a low current consumption. A reset signal is generated for an output voltage VO of typical 4.62V. The reset delay time can be programmed by the external capacitor.
