BR25H020FJ-5ACE2 is a 2Kbit serial EEPROM of SPI BUS interface. Applications include airbag, ABS, ECU.
- AEC-Q100 qualified, 16 byte write lockable identification page (ID page)
- Address auto increment function at read operation, auto-erase and auto end function at data rewrite
- Write protect block setting by software memory array 1/4, 1/2, whole
- HOLD function by the HOLDB pin, supply voltage range from 1.7V to 5.5V
- Input capacitance is 8pF maximum at (VIN = GND, Ta = 25°C, f = 5MHz)
- Supply current (READ) is 1mA max at (Vcc = 1.7V, fSCK = 5MHz, VIH/VIL = 0.9Vcc/0.1Vcc, SO = OPEN)
- Standby current is 10µA max at (Vcc = 5.5V, CSB = HOLDB = WPB = Vcc, SCK = SI = Vcc or 0V)
- Output rise time is 40ns maximum at (1.7V ≤ Vcc < 2.5V)
- SCK frequency is 5MHz maximum at (1.7V ≤ Vcc < 2.5V)
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to +125°C, SOP-J8 package
