- 1MB of flash and 256KB of RAM
- ZigBee, thread, BLE and multi-protocol support
- Pin-compatible with MGM111 module
- 12-channel peripheral reflex system, low-energy sensor & multichannel capacitive sense interface
- Integrated PA with up to +17dBm transmit power
- Robust peripheral set and up to 25 GPIO
- External (U.FL) antenna
- 1.8V to 3.8V single power supply
- 12.9mm x 17.8mm x 2.3mm size
