TC7SB66CFU,LF(CT is a low ON-resistance, high-speed CMOS 1-bit bus switch. This bus switch allow connections or disconnections to be made with minimal propagation delay while maintaining Low power dissipation which is the feature of CMOS. TC7SB66CFU requires the output enable (active low OE) input to be set low to place the output into the high impedance state. This bus switch consists of P-MOS and N-MOS structure, meaning these devices are suitable for analogue signal transmission. All inputs are equipped with protector circuits to protect the device from static discharge.
- Low-capacitance single bus switch (analogue)
- AEC-Q100 (rev.H) grade 1 qualified
- Operating voltage range from 1.65 to 5.5V
- Switch terminal ON capacitance is 10pF typ (OE = VCC, VI/O = 0V, Ta = 25°C)
- ON-resistance is 4ohm typ (VIS = 0V, IIS = 30mA, Ta = -40 to 85°C)
- Quiescent supply current is 10µA max (5.5V, VIN = VCC or GND, IOUT = 0A)
- Output enable time is 4ns max (5.0 ±0.5V, Ta = -40 to 85°C)
- Output disable time is 4.5ns max (5.0 ±0.5V, Ta = -40 to 85°C)
- USV package, operating temperature range from -40 to 125°C
