TLP3640A(TPL,E(T photorelay consists of an infrared LED optically coupled to a photo-MOSFET in a SO4 package. This photorelay has higher output current rating than phototransistor-type photocoupler. hence, it is suitable for use as On/Off control for high current. Applications include factory automation (FA), programmable logic controllers (PLCs), security systems, measuring instruments, mechanical relay replacements.
