The TCMT1103 is a 1-channel 4-pin Phototransistor Output Optocoupler coupled to a gallium arsenide infrared-emitting diode. The elements are mounted on one lead-frame providing a fixed distance between input and output for highest safety requirements. It features 0.3pF low coupling capacitance of typical and 3750Vrms AC isolation test voltage.
