VOR1060M4T is an optically isolated 1 form A solid-state relay. This 1 form A opto-isolated relay comes in a low profile SOP-4 package making it suitable for space constrained high voltage designs. Applications include hybrid / electric vehicle applications, battery management, security systems, instrumentation, industrial controls.
- LED forward current, switch turn-on is 2mA typical at (IL = 50mA, delay = 10ms)
- LED forward current, switch turn-off is 0.2mA typical at (IL = 1μA)
- LED reverse current is 0.04μA typical at (VR = 5V)
- LED forward voltage is 1.4V typical at (IF = 10mA)
- LED reverse voltage is 10V typical at (IR = 10μA)
- Turn-on time is 0.3ms typical at (IF = 10mA, RL = 200 ohm, IL = 50mA)
