The MAX4018EEE+ is a high speed, single supply operational amplifier (op-amp) with rail to rail output in 16 pin QSOP package. This triple op-amp unity-gain stable device combines high speed performance with rail to rail outputs. It operates from a 3.3V to 10V single supply or from ±1.65V to ±5V dual supplies. This voltage-feedback amplifier employ current-feedback technique to achieve 600V/µs slew rate and 150MHz bandwidth. The common-mode input voltage range extends beyond the negative power supply rail (ground in single-supply applications). Excellent harmonic distortion and differential gain/phase performance makes this amplifier an ideal choice for a wide variety of signal processing applications. In addition when disabled, its high-output impedance makes it ideal for multiplexing applications.

- Low distortion at 5MHz, -78dBc SFDR & -75dB total harmonic distortion
- High output drive of ±120mA, output short-circuit current is ±150mA
- Shutdown capability of 400µA
