MAX9617AXT+T

The MAX9617AXT+T is a single, zero-drift, high efficiency, 1.5MHz operational amplifier (op-amp) with RRIO in 6 pin SC-70 package. This device uses an innovative auto-zero technique that allows precision and low noise with a minimum amount of power. The low input offset voltage, CMOS inputs and the absence of 1/f noise allows for optimization of active filter designs. It achieves rail to rail performance at the input through use of a low noise charge pump. This ensures a glitch-free, common-mode input voltage range extending from the negative supply rail up to the positive supply rail, eliminating crossover distortion common to traditional n-channel/p-channel CMOS pair inputs, reducing harmonic distortion at the output. Device is ideal for loop-powered systems that interface with pressure sensors or strain gauges.

• Supply voltage range is ±0.8V to ±2.75V, 1.8V to 5.5V
• Operating temperature range from -40°C to 125°C
• Extends battery life, slew rate is 0.7V/μs & phase margin is 60° at CL = 20pF
• Low quiescent current of 59µA
• Supports a wide range of precision applications
• Very low input offset voltage of 10µV (max) at TA = +25°C
• Maximum input bias current of 80pA at TA =+25°C
• Unity-gain stable, 1.5MHz gain bandwidth
• Input voltage noise is 0.42μVP-P at 0.1Hz ≤ f ≤ 10Hz
• CMRR of 135dB at TA = +25°C
