OP296 is a dual channel, micropower RRIO, CBCMOS operational amplifier. It features micropower operation and rail-to-rail input and output ranges. The extremely low power requirements and guaranteed operation from 3V to 12V make this amplifier perfectly suited to monitor battery usage and to control battery charging. Their dynamic performance, including 26nV/√Hz voltage noise density, recommends them for battery-powered audio applications. It is widely used in application such as battery monitoring, sensor conditioners, portable power supply control and portable instrumentation.

- Single-supply operation is 3V to 12V
- Low offset voltage is 300µV max
- High open-loop gain is 500V/mV
- Unity-gain stable, no phase reversal

- Input bias current is ±10nA typ at (–40°C ≤ TA ≤ +125°C )
- Operating temperature range is −40°C to +85°C (ambient)
