Product Overview
The MAX4667ESE+ is a dual SPST CMOS analogue switch in 16 pin NSOIC package. This device can handle rail to rail analogue signals. The off leakage current is only 5nA maximum at +85°C. The MAX4667 is ideal in low distortion applications and it is preferred solution over mechanical relays in automatic test equipment or applications where current switching is required. It has low power requirements, uses less board space and more reliable than mechanical relays. All digital inputs have +0.8V and +2.4V logic thresholds ensuring TTL/CMOS logic compatibility when using ±15V supplies or a single +12V supply. It is used in PBX systems, PABX systems and audio signal routing.

- ESD protection is greater than 2KV per method 3015.7
- Maximum on-resistance of 4ohm at TA = +25°C (single supply)
- Crosstalk of -66dB at f = 1MHz (single supply)
- Maximum on-resistance match between channels is 0.4ohm at TA = +25°C (single supply)
- Maximum on-resistance flatness over specified signal range is 0.5ohm at TA = +25°C (single supply)
- Charge injection of 50pC at CL = 1nF
