The ASMT-QBB3-NBD0E is a mid-power Surface Mount LED. The higher drive current can be supported because of the enhanced heat dissipation capability which additionally allows to operate the LED at up to +120°C ambient temperature. High reliability package with enhanced silicone resin encapsulation.
