The 39240 from Extech Instruments is a waterproof stem thermometer. It is a pocket thermometer with stainless steel stem. This pocket sized stem thermometer with digital display features 0.1° resolution and min/max recording. It measures temperature in frozen solids and liquids using the 2.75inch (70mm) stainless steel stem. The thermometer features MAX/MIN recall of high and low temperatures as well as data hold and auto power off features. The dimension of display is 109mm x 99mm x 20mm (4.3inch x 3.9inch x 0.8inch).
