ISL80031DEMO1Z is a 3A, PFM, 1MHz demonstration board. This demonstration board provides a simple platform for evaluating the performance of the ISL80031 low quiescent current mode converters. It is intended for use by individuals with requirements for point-of-load applications sourcing from 2.7V to 5.5V. This device is offered in an 8 Ld 2mmx2mm DFN package with 1mm maximum height. The complete converter occupies less than 64mm2 area. Application includes general purpose POLs, industrial, instrumentation and medical equipment, telecom and networking equipment, game consoles.
- VOUT is 1.8V, OUT is 3A (maximum), up to 95% peak efficiency
- Small, compact design, negative current protection
- Internal soft-start and soft-stop, overcurrent and short-circuit protection
- Overtemperature/thermal protection
