124018312112A is a waterproof USB Type-C receptacle connector that is expected to be widely used as a next-generation interface. It meets SuperSpeed communication 5Gb/s, 5A and 20V power supply. The usability for the USB 3.1 Type C connector is enhanced also by its low profile and reversible product design. It is ideal for emerging product designs. It is 24 pin assignment for different kinds of protocol requirements and supports audio and video signal output with alternate mode.

- Similar size as Micro USB, smaller connector size saves space
- Backward compatible with USB 2.0
- Excellent copper alloy material for terminal design, UL94V-0 black high-temperature polymer housing
- Up to 10,000 mating cycles, enhanced durability
- Waterproof glue, O-ring added and liquid insert-mould implemented in the front end of the shell
- USB 3.1 Gen 1 USB version, 24 contacts
- Middle orientation, IPX8 level of liquid ingress protection, dual row SMT termination
- Temperature life is 105±2°C for 120hours, dielectric withstanding voltage is 100VAC
- Minimum initial insulation resistance is 100mohm, 0.4mm centre height
