Product Overview
The MAX732CWE+ is a +12V step up current mode PWM regulator in 16 pin WSOIC package. This CMOS step-up DC to DC switch mode regulator accepts input from 4V to 9.3V and delivers up to 200mA of DC current. Typical full load efficiency of 88%. It requires only single inductor value of 50µH. It uses a current mode pulse width modulation controller to provide precise output regulation and low subharmonic noise. Fixed 170KHz oscillator frequencies allow easy filtering of ripple and noise and provide for small external components. It features cycle by cycle current limiting, overcurrent limiting, undervoltage lockout and programmable soft start protection. Typical applications include flash memory programming power supply, portable instruments, distributed power systems, computer peripherals and DC to DC converter module replacement.
