FBSS100

FBSS100 is a photo resist presensitized PCB microtrak. It is a very high quality pre-sensitized positive photoresist coated PCB ‘FR4’ laminate copper clad board, ideal for producing small numbers of printed circuit boards (PCB’s) for use by design engineers or for work in the classroom or laboratory. The ‘FR4’ Pre-sensitized Photoresist PCB laminates key benefits are that it enables the manufacturing process to be fast and consistent for single sided circuit boards using a positive artwork even with fine lines. It is used in the manufacture of Presensitized ‘FR4’ Mega MICROTRAK are high quality. This, together with our technical expertise and stringent manufacturing controls, ensures the high standard of every product which is delivered to our customer. It is dip coated with a positive working high resolution pre-sensitized photo resist which is inherently capable of reducing defects caused by dust and dirt on the photo tool and UV exposure unit.

• 35μm copper foil 1oz Cu (eurocard size)
• 35 dissipation factor, 5.4 dielectric constant
• 20 secs solderbath resistance (260°C)
• 5μm presensitized photo resist thickness
• 350 to 450nm spectral response range
• Approx. 50mJ/cm typical exposure time 2.5 to 3.5 minutes UV light energy required
• 1 year at 15-20°C shelf life
• Ferric chloride and fine etch crystals etchant
