L2000 is a four terminal test lead for all IM35xx series LCR/impedance analysers. The L2000 4-terminal probe allows lead parts and other measurement objects to be connected by cable and then measured. Various shaped parts can be measured with the four terminals.

- Measurable frequency range DC to 8MHz
- 50 ohm coaxial cable
- Maximum rated voltage ±42Vpeak (AC+DC), Maximum rated current ±1Apeak (AC+DC)
