- EFR32FG25 Wireless Gecko Wireless SoC with 1920KB Flash and 512KB RAM (EFR32FG25B222F1920IM56)
- Sub-GHz integrated radio transceiver
- 16dBm output power
- SMA antenna connector (470MHz)
- 8 Mbit low-power serial flash for over-the air upgrades
