Product Overview
Form factor fitting, dual channel differential isolated gate driver tool optimized for the high performance XM3 SiC half bridge power modules. Each of the two gate drive channels is protected against overcurrent and reverse polarity. The on-board 2W isolated power supplies support 80KHz switching frequency. Typical applications include motor and traction drives, UPS, EV chargers, industrial automation & testing, power supplies.
- High frequency, ultra-fast switching operation
- DC bus voltage up to 1000V
- Primary OVLO and UVLO with hysteresis
- User configurable turn-on and turn-off gate resistors enabling switching loss optimization
- Supply voltage range from 10.2V to 13.2V
- Differential inputs for increased noise immunity
- Very low isolation capacitance (<lt/>5pF) and 100KV/μs common-mode transient immunity (CMTI)
- Fault and power indicator LEDs for instant visual feedback
